Silo Software:

Main server software that manages the collection and viewing of data. Use webpages to configure the system and view custom reports. Software interacts with RCUs on plant network. Purchasing the software includes a license agreement that limits the number of active RCUs on the system. RCU-MACH	Machine RCU
Use to track the status of a machine on the plant floor. The RCU accepts discrete inputs to track output, rate, and current state of the machine.

RCU-INSIGHT	Machine Vision RCU
Use to record values from a vision inspection system. The RCU can communicate with the vision system via ethernet communications and record a varying number of values and strings.

RCU-SERIAL	ASCII Serial RCU
Use to record values sent via RS232 communications using a pre-defined ASCII protocol.

Software Installation	(Based on RCU License Agreement)
Installation of Silo software onto server provided. Server must meet listed requirements of software. Installation of required operating system, database, and web server is available.

Service Contract	(Based on RCU License Agreement)
All service contracts will be on an annual basis renewable 1st of each year. The first year of contract will be pro-rated based on the month the contract was purchased. The service contract will provide access to download software and firmware updates as well as limited phone support and unlimited email support.
